The project included workshops held in Poland and Austria. Participants included professionals from the field, educators, and researchers. During the workshops, they used various methods to discuss key topics in nursing. This process identified challenges and led to solutions for various nursing tasks. At the end of the project, these solutions were summarized as recommendations for action.

The recommendations are available in three languages: English, German, and Polish. In addition, there is a brief summary of the recommendations for each language. These summaries explain the results in simple terms so that they can be applied directly in practice.
